1. All wenwan walnuts are naturally grown products. Slight differences in texture, grain and color are normal natural features, which do not belong to quality problems.

2. Customers can apply for return or refund within 7 days after receiving the goods for genuine quality defects, wrong items or missing accessories.

3. Returned products must be unused, unpolished, kept intact with original packaging. No returns for artificially damaged, worn or modified walnuts.

4. Return shipping fees are borne by the buyer unless the problem is caused by our store.

5. We will process the refund within 3–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods, and the funds will be returned via the original payment channel.

6. Custom paired walnuts and discounted clearance products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
